- 7-day window for standard items from delivery
- 14-day window for electronics and appliances
- 30-day window for defective or damaged items
- Items must be in original condition and packaging
- All accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Consumables (food, cosmetics, medications, personal hygiene)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items with evidence of misuse or damage
- Items purchased outside return window
- Downloaded digital content
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Go to your Account → Orders
- Find the order containing the item to return
- Click "Return" next to the item
- Select the reason for return
- Authorize return pickup or print shipping label
- Our agent will arrange collection from your address
4. Return Process
Pickup scheduled for next 1-2 days via SMS/email
Delivery agent collects from your address (1-3 days)
Item examined for condition (2-3 days)
After quality check passes
Amount credited to original payment method (5-7 business days)

6. Partial Returns

- Paid return for items beyond return window
- We arrange pickup at no cost (included in refund)
- Or print label and drop at nearest service center
8. Exchange Policy
For different size/color of same product, you can exchange without return charges if within 7 days.
